In the Sept. 28 issue of The Commonwealth Times, the executive and managing co-editors placed a story on the psychological effects of hazing in the news section without the knowledge of the writer or news editor, who has since resigned following publication. The story was not ready for print and an anonymous source was inadvertently named. The editorial staff at The CT has since addressed its mistake, is moving forward and sincerely apologizes to its sources, readers, contributors and staff for the breach in communication.
