Fawley entered no plea to the charge that accuses him of killing Behl “willfully, deliberately and with premeditation.” The amateur photographer says Behl’s death was an accident during consenual sex on Sept. 5, the night she disappeared. Behl’s mother, Janet Pelasara, was present in the Mathews County courthouse.
