George Mason junior Justin Brig became the first player in school history to have two different 17+ game hitting streaks and three of 14+ games.
VCU continued to avoid the series sweep, losing two games to start a series before winning the finale for the second weekend in a row after defeating William & Mary 8-6 Sunday.
