What are your thoughts?

Andrew Frenkel, biology major

“I think that guns should be contolled and that if you don’t control it people will just take advantage.”

Ausha Espiet, English major

“Unfortunately, gun control is an issue we must be concerned with in the upcoming election. I find it disheartening the government must impose greater restrictive measures on society, however with the increasing vulnerability it seems like a necessary evil.”

Ayodele Oladipupo, public relations major

“I don’t think it would decide the governor election, it’s not as relevant. It’s important but I don’t think it will be a deciding factor.”

Saad Shaukat, biology major

“The NRA is a pretty big interest group. I’m sure they give him a lot of money along with support and if there’s a big interest here, I’m sure he’ll lose a lot of voters.”

Sean Reddy, political science major

“I generally don’t vote for socialists. I can understand taking a platform and running with it when it’s popular.”

Tucker Blandford, photography and film major

“It’s a big issue but it shouldn’t be on their top priority.”
