The killing of Renee Nicole Good has drawn national attention as the Trump administration claimed the woman posed a threat to ICE officials, while state and local officials say that is untrue.
Around 15 Richmond Police officers oversaw the spontaneous Monroe Park rally. Police vehicles surrounded the perimeter of the park. One officer told The CT they wanted to make sure everyone was safe, and not escalating akin to the “Black Lives Matter” protests of 2020.
