Fuller waives right to preliminary hearing

A Chesterfield County judge granted former VCU police chief William B. Fuller’s request to waive his right to a preliminary hearing this morning. Fuller faces three felony charges: one for attempted indecent liberties with a minor and two for use of an electronic device to solicit sex from a minor.

No evidence was heard before the court. The charges will be heard before a grand jury on May 18.
Fuller, who is now out on bond, refused to comment.
