P-Cubed CR crushed The Hard Ones by 40 in IM co-rec

The fall intramural season rolls along with many blowouts and forfeits.

In last Monday’s co-rec flag football action, M 2007 beat M3 17-6, M 2005 CR topped The Cadavers 27-18 and P-Cubed CR shut out The Hard Ones 40-0.

In men’s B division action, Mactar barely got by The Takeover 37-34 and the Headbussas downed the Freeagents 30-22.

There were six A league games last Tuesday. FEB got by Major League 30-26, the Ravens and Trojans knotted up at 7-7, and the Raw Dawgs beat the Seminoles 14-12. The Hit Squad beat The Good Times 34-8, Major League defeated the Ravens 35-6 and FEB won two in a row by beating up on the Trojans 28-6.

Also on Tuesday in the Greek division Delta Chi rocked The Dynasty 36-7 while Theta Chi crushed Kappa Sigma 43-0.

In Wednesday night co-rec play, Team Cummins beating Pharmacy 2007 by forfeit, the Articulators went off on Sports Phis 29-9, PT 2006 easily disposed of the Kwik-e-martyrs 27-6 and the late game saw DPT 007 get a pass against MHA Suits, winning by default.

The Beast took a bite out of Team Nicholas 38-32 in Wednesday’s first B division game, while Da Truth told no lies, shutting down the ABC All-Stars 32-0.

Thursday, MCV-1 division, DITKA beat South Hill Select 27-20 and the Shockoe Bottom Boys won by 19 versus South Hill Select 40-21.

Also, in the MCV-2 division Team Vanderveer dodged the M1 Gunners 32-12 and then the Gunners beat M 2005 31-29.

Intramural indoor soccer had a number of one-sided contests last week.

Last Monday in the A division, Team Hunsucker defeated M2 8-2 and Anponsem FC danced all over Samba 10-2.

On Tuesday, Freeagent M beat Team Griggs 11-4 in a B-league matchup. The Revolution defeated Delta Chi 10-3. Team Marcelle got a five point victory over Team Griggs 9-4, and in the late game MSA shut out Bad News Bears 3-0.

Adcenter FC beat the Panthers 5-2 on Wednesday. Team Huffman beat Freeagent CR W 5-2, M2 CR defeats M1 7-6, and Monster Cat gets a win over M3 5-2.

In Thursday’s co-rec games, Team Liu Liu beat the Dirty Caban Crew 5-3, Team Rodriguez, Team Mikesell and Freeagent all won by forfeit.
