On a regular night Dream attracts a crowd in the quadruple digits. It is a club geared toward 18 and older on Thursdays and 21 and older on Fridays. The cover charge is $20 per person and another $20 if you wish to park in one of the club’s parking lots. On a good night the wait in line will run you about 45 minutes, but it is well worth it.
Not to worry, there is just as much action in front of the club as there is on the inside. With valet parking adjacent to the club, you will be sure to see a slue of Hummers and Bentleys rolling by with at least one famous person stepping out. Celebrities such as rap-artist Jaheim, and Larry Hughes of NBA fame have been spotted partying in the crowd.
Dream is known as D.C.’s premier nightlife experience. It is comprised of four floors and decks, VIP rooms, a penthouse suite and a catering service, which offers an extensive menu.
Being that this is such an upscale club, a dress code is strictly enforced. According to their code, business or cosmopolitan attire is essential. No jeans, sweatpants or sneakers allowed.
