Motor Vehicle Theft/Possession of Burglarious Tools/Disorderly Conduct 500 N. Harrison St. – A male visitor and male juvenile visitor were arrested for attempted motor vehicle theft, possession of burglarious tools, conspiracy to commit larceny and eluding.
