In dedication of VCU squaring off against the Spiders tonight at the Siegel Center, we here at The CT Sports staff went off on a deep, dark, perhaps even dangerous search through the internet to find some random photo or obscure video  to help get you in the mood for what promises to be an enthralling match-up between the two squads per usual.

We didn’t find any smooth HD highlights, crisp professional photographs or anything else that would be usually considered cool in normal circumstances. We did, however, stumble upon this throwback U of R mascot that features a wild-eyed creature with four legs, four arms and a musketeer’s sword.
