Parking woes
This week I received a parking ticket for an hour violation while I was in class. I’m sure this particular parking violation is familiar to some, but this time I had only been parked for around 10 minutes. The ticket is only for $20 and is hardly worth going to court over.
This week I received a parking ticket for an hour violation while I was in class. I’m sure this particular parking violation is familiar to some, but this time I had only been parked for around 10 minutes. The ticket is only for $20 and is hardly worth going to court over. My issue is mainly that this isn’t the first time I’ve been ticketed after being parked 15 or 20 minutes, and I just want them to stop pulling this shit. How do they keep track of cars and times? From what it looks like the city parking employees just ride around putting chalk on everything. I hope it’s more complicated than that. I’d really like to find out why I’m being ticketed for no reason. Has this ever happened to anyone else, or am I the only one the parking Nazis go after? How are we supposed to prove we weren’t there for an hour?
