David Dondero – ‘South of the South’

0

David Dondero returns with his sixth solo release, “South of the South.” Dondero is one of the few Team Love artists, a label started by Connor Oberst of Bright Eyes. This album infuses folk tunes over meaningful, shameless and sometimes humorous lyrics. Tracks such as “One That Fell from the Vine” and ” The Pornographic Love Song” are memorable, yet you can’t help but feel you are listening to a knockoff Bright Eyes album.
