Mother arrested for naked punishment
A mother was arrested in Fredericksburg apparently after forcing her 12-year-old son to sweep the yard naked as part of a punishment. Neighbors called the police after seeing the boy naked in 50-degree temperatures. He said that he was punished for misbehaving in school. The mother was charged with felony child neglect and faces five years in prison if convicted.

Tether complained to the Hull City Council and they canceled the ticket.
