Last week I wanted to get a sub but the woman working that kiosk hid from me behind the chip rack. I wasn’t a quick, cute hide to be silly. She seriously didn’t want to wait on me.
I’m sure you’re wondering – was it close to quitting time? Well, no, it was only about 3 p.m. With the loss of many work-study jobs, I know some students who would be more than happy to earn some rent money by fixing me a sandwich – don’t you?!
