“Are You Hot?” Only the creator of “The Bachelor” could bring us this fine hour of programming. The flames adorning the “Are You Hot?” stage are nothing compared to the hotties walking across it, whose main goal is to impress the judges and America. “Are You Hot?”

Only the creator of “The Bachelor” could bring us this fine hour of programming. The flames adorning the “Are You Hot?” stage are nothing compared to the hotties walking across it, whose main goal is to impress the judges and America. The judges are sexy actor Lorenzo Lamas, sexy model Rachel Hunter and sexy fashion designer Randolph Duke. At the beginning of this episode, we were introduced to the finalists from the Northwest (Hot Zone 3). America chose Shipley and Tony, who is a Vin Diesel wannabe with a cone-shaped head, and Amber and Renee. The low point is Lorenzo Lamas, who flirts with every man and woman that comes on the stage. He had the nerve to use the “flaw finder” to point out a thin girl’s cellulite on her thighs, when someone should have used the “flaw finder” on the tacky red bandana around his neck. Be sure to tune in next week to find out who the finalists are from Hot Zone 4.

“American Idol”

Bye-bye Vanessa. The top 12 of American Idol sang their hearts out in a Motown-themed show, but in the end, Vanessa took her final bow. Clay was fabulous as always. The judges once again praised Corey for what I swear are non-existent talents. Reuben was wonderful, but I have to wonder at his lack of energy in his performances. Julia Demato and Kimberly Locke found themselves in the final three on Wednesday’s elimination show, so they better step up their game to the next level. Like Simon said, “The nice part of this show is over.”

“That 70’s Show”

In his quest to break up Eric and Donna, Red dropped a bomb. He gave Eric a choice: either he ends the engagement or he won’t have his college paid for. Eric rebels against the ultimatum and tries to get a job at the bank during a job fair. He loves the idea that he won’t be dealing with raw meat and all seems to be going well. But Kitty sabotages his efforts by giving him a bad reference that included the fabrication that he didn’t like math. She asks Eric to compromise with them by putting the engagement off for one year, but Eric steadily refuses.
