Spawned by the masses

Sinks its teeth deep

Routinely feasting

The dichotomous chomp

Of both human and man

Leaves taste buds battling

For due share

On one end lies

A soul so free

Content with enough

Alien in modernity

The other seizes

With faux-tonic appeal

Draws the eyes wide

Stolen, yet blind
