Photo of the day: Basketball back in focus

For years now, one half of VCU’s student section has ceaselessly followed a Draconian sit-only, talk-quietly method at men’s basketball games while the other half of the student section is just as stubborn about standing up and being loud.

We here at The CT Sports could go off onto a wide variety of different tangents about the difference between a sitting, quiet fan and a standing, loud fan, and what that means in terms of a student’s school spirit or lack thereof.

But instead, we’ll just show you this photo of the students in the standing section yesterday, who position themselves for much cooler photos by doing the things they do.

Of course, generally when you come to a VCU men’s basketball game this season, senior Bradford Burgess will be the man in focus.

But not in this shot, folks.
