Assault offense West Main Street/North Linden Street – A male visitor was arrested for simple assault.

Alcohol violation West Marshall Street/Hancock Street – A male visitor was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Possession of burglary tools Music Center 1015 Grove Ave. – A female student advised that an unknown person attempted to remove a bike tire with a wrench.

Friday, Sept. 23

Alcohol violation West Grace Street/North Harrison Street – A male visitor was arrested for being drunk in public.

Alcohol violation West Grace Street/North Harrison Street – A male visitor and a male student were arrested for underage consumption of alcohol.

Damage to state property 500 block of North 11th Street – A male employee advised that he struck another vehicle while driving a state-owned vehicle.

Saturday, Sept. 24

Disorderly conduct Gladding Residence Center, 711 W. Main St. – A male visitor was arrested for obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.

Arson 905 Bowe St. – RPD handled the fire investigation.

Arson 1407 W. Leigh St. – RPD handled the fire investigation.

Robbery 1300 block of West Marshall Street – A male and female victim were robbed of items.

Alcohol violation/fraud offense 1336 W. Cary St. – A male visitor was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol and possession of false identification.

Alcohol violation Broad and Belvidere Dorms, 700 W. Broad St. – A female student was arrested for being drunk in public.

Sunday, Sept. 25

Damage to state property Floyd Avenue/Morris Street – A male employee advised that an unknown person damaged a state-owned vehicle.

Alcohol violation 423 N. Gilmer St. – A male visitor was arrested for being Drunk in Public.

Monday, Sept. 26 

Alcohol violation 500 block of West Leigh Street – A male visitor was arrested for possession of an open container of alcohol in public.
