The all-expense paid trip is made possible through an endowment from Sigma Phi Epsilon alumni and past president William G. Tragos.

The trip is done to connect Sigma Phi Epsilon brothers to the fraternity’s ideal of developing a sound mind and body.

The participants will spend 10 days studying Greek mythology and philosophy. The group will also compete in the Olympic stadium.

This experience has been awarded annually since 2001 to Sigma Phi Epsilon brothers who demonstrate exceptional leadership and campus involvement.

Besides being president of his fraternity, Boe is also in the honors college for biomedical engineering, the Theta Tau professional engineering fraternity and is a representative for his fraternity on the Interfraternity Council of VCU.
