What is the Student Ram Athletic Fund?

The Student Ram Athletic Fund is a branch of our Ram Athletic Fund. The RAF raises money to support VCU athletics, such as scholarship costs, recruiting budgets, facilities, and team travel expenses. The student Ram Athletic Fund was created as an opportunity for the staff to begin building relationships with your donors and educate them on the importance of donating to non-profit organizations. The goal for the initial start up for the fund is to have 200 members.

How much does it cost to join?

The cost to join is $25, and that money goes towards the RAF and support of VCU athletic programs.

OK, I’m paying money, but what’s in it for me?

Students who join the SRAF received a t-shirt, invitations to socials, early entrance to all men’s basketball game, bus trips to select road games, and a membership card that is good for discounts at Qdoba, Village Café, Sprint Downtown VCU, Bandito’s, Extreme Pizza, Bagel
