Baseball cap and beanie wearers are also banned from checking out books.
Villagers hold banquet for kitties
A town in China put on a banquet of fish for more than 200 cats in return for their work in removing rats from farms.
The village committee in Sanjiang spent about $1,500 to purchase the cats, which they put on about 250 acres of land to kill the rodents.
The measure worked and villagers decided to repay the cats for the good harvest they expect this year.
Sanjiang suffered a rat infestation after too many snakes were killed by local residents in previous years.
