Your Turn Letters to the Editor
Wow, the swim club came in fourth place a recent meet. Good for them, well done. I can’t believe VCU even has a swim club, or any other club sports for that matter, since the CT never covers their activities. If fourth place merits an article, then a league championship and a regional title ought to merit something close to a front page story.

If fourth place merits an article, then a league championship and a regional title ought to merit something close to a front page story. Oh, but that would require covering the Men’s Rugby Club. Who would want to take on that task? I mean, what sort of interest could there be in rugby? Reeling off 5 straight victories including a state championship and a regional championship probably wouldn’t interest anyone – a terrible yawnfest for all the students, faculty, staff and alumni that read the CT. So carry on, ignore the club sports at VCU. After all, what have they accomplished.
