‘American Idol’ Wednesday, “American Idol” came back for a half-hour show to announce the results of the first public vote. Julia, Kim and Charles were the top three in votes out of the first group of eight. Kim was the judges’ favorite and seemed to be a shoe in as one of the two who would move on to the top 10.

Wednesday, “American Idol” came back for a half-hour show to announce the results of the first public vote. Julia, Kim and Charles were the top three in votes out of the first group of eight. Kim was the judges’ favorite and seemed to be a shoe in as one of the two who would move on to the top 10. After what seemed like a million commercial breaks, the show finally got around to announcing
the top two. Charles was the first one to move on and almost fell out of his chair from shock. He then repeated his performance from the previous night. It now seemed like Kim (who couldn’t stop sucking up to everyone in sight) would be the next one called. However, to everyone’s surprise, Julia was moved into the top two. She sang her song from the night before and then Kim, who was choking
back tears, was requested to sing as well. The show ended with a big (and in my opinion, pre-planned) group hug among the eight.

‘Friends’
Joey and Phoebe decide to play matchmakers to try and get Ross and Rachel to appreciate each other again. They set both of them up with the worst dates ever.
Jon Lovitz stars as Rachel’s dead-beat blind date, while Ross’ date doesn’t even bother showing up. Meanwhile, Monica and Chandler are babysitting Rachel’s baby, Emma. Monica desperately wants to have sex with Chandler, yet when they leave the baby. Joey takes Emma to protect her from the sounds
of their bedroom activities.

‘That 70’s Show’
This week everyone is still talking about Jackie screaming at Annette to get off her boyfriend as Annette kissed Kelso, Jackie’s ex. Hyde breaks up with Jackie but then they get back together when she says, “I love you.” Kitty is dealing with her overly critical mother and spends most of the episode in a bathrobe or in bed. Donna is also trying to impress Kitty’s mother after she casually snipes at her once Donna and Eric tell her they’re engaged. Kelso is revelling in the attention he gets because of Jackie and Annette
fawning over him, but he ends up alone once Annette leaves him and sits by himself at the Valentine’s Day dance while the other couples enjoy themselves.

‘Will and Grace’
Since Leo is in Africa, Grace and Will decided to make plans to hang out because they have not seen much of each other since she got married and moved out of town. After bad luck, feeling like things aren’t the same, they plan a game night. In the middle of the game they have a huge talk, which ends when they discover that things really haven’t changed at all. The highlight of the episode is when Will tells Grace that they’ve lost their mojo, only that in their case it’s more like losing their homo-mojo.
