As the month of October draws to a close, the VCU women’s volleyball team has held their own despite surrendering their three-game winning streak to Rhode Island University 3-2 on Friday, Oct. 24. Still, the team has won five out of eight games throughout the month, keeping head coach Jody Rodger’s team in the hunt.
VCU’s women’s volleyball made easy work of Atlantic 10 conference foe George Mason University on Friday, Oct. 18 to register their 11th win of the season.
One hour. That’s how long it took the VCU women’s volleyball team to respond in dominating fashion to the group’s six-game winning streak being halted.
