I’m sure you’ve taken notice of them… hundreds of them in Monroe Park every Sunday in the late afternoon. Homeless people of course. They congregate in our city’s beautiful park because they are hungry, and the generous Food Not Bombs organization is nice enough to feed them.
As most of you know, parking at the West Broad Street Deck has become hard to find. It has become particularly harder, in fact, for residents of the West Broad Street Student Apartments to find parking because this year, parking has been restricted to levels five and six of the deck.
