The Rams knocked off Dayton 66-43 at the Siegel Center behind sophomore guard Bones Hyland’s game-high 28 points and five rebounds.
Junior forward Vince Williams added 7 points and four rebounds in the win. VCU controlled the paint, outscoring the Flyers down low 36-22.
Men’s basketball is back in action on Wednesday night at home against UMass at 7 p.m. The game will be televised on ESPN+.
