Correction for the Opinion Section

In the Thursday Oct. 1 issue of the Commonwealth Times, a correction stated the editorial staff did not know the review of “Psycho Beach Party” was based on a technical rehearsal. Both the Spectrum Editor and the writer knew it was a rehearsal and were invited to review the rehearsal by Theatre VCU. The CT has since instated a policy to not critique plays while still in rehearsal. The Executive Editor claims full responsibility for the miscommunication and apologizes to the staff, writer and theater community.
