The senate of the Monroe Park Campus Student Government Association found Tsion Tesfaye not guilty at a hearing today on all of the three charges of impeachment.
The senate of the Monroe Park Campus Student Government Association found Tsion Tesfaye not guilty at a hearing today on all of the three charges of impeachment.
Tesfaye was charged with failure to appear at Judicial meetings and hearings, violating the SGA constitutional bylaws stating all judicial decisions must be made in writing and evading her duties.
The charges were brought forth by Chief Justice Kadie Chandler. The senate heard both sides of the argument and gave each senator the opportunity to voice their opinion.
The results will be posted on the senate’s agenda minutes for March 30, 2009.
