Presidential search committee meetings set

The VCU Board of Visitors met Wednesday morning to discuss the presidential transition process and related matters.

The Presidential Search Committee will also meet at 2 p.m. Thursday at the University Meeting Center, 101 N. Harrison St. and, after a brief open session, meet in a closed session.

In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there will be no opportunity for public comment at the meetings.

However, the search committee will conduct its final town hall meeting to obtain input from VCU students, faculty and staff at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the University Student Commons, Richmond Salons.
