Virginia registration deadline Monday
Monday, Oct. 6 is the deadline to register to vote in next month’s election. Students who want to do so can vote by absentee ballot if they are registered outside of Richmond, go home to vote on election day or register at an address in Richmond in order to vote locally.

Students who want to do so can vote by absentee ballot if they are registered outside of Richmond, go home to vote on election day or register at an address in Richmond in order to vote locally. Absentee ballots must be mailed to a person’s local registrar by Oct. 28. Election Day is Nov. 4.
