MEN’S CROSS COUNTRYThe Rams won two meets in 2006, taking home the season opener at the University of Richmond Invitational and the Greensboro Invitational in Greensboro, N.C. The black and gold lose five runners from last year’s team, including Cary Chaffee, who won the Richmond Invitational.

A 16-year-old British schoolgirl appealed to the High Court challenging the ban on her wearing a purity ring at school. The ring symbolizes her decision to abstain from sex until marriage, and it is banned as part of the school’s no jewelry policy.
