Local sex-tape fiasco

Homemade sex DVDs left on car windshields along Hull Street Road this week were traced to 33-year-old Richmonder David Feltmeyer. The tape shows Feltmeyer and his former girlfriend’s intimate moments, and includes the woman’s name, address and phone number.

Men have been calling the former girlfriend and showing up at her home, thinking she distributed the tapes looking for sex. It was actually Feltmeyer who did the distributing, in an expression of resentment for no longer being in a relationship with the woman.

He recorded the footage without his former girlfriend’s knowledge or consent. Police have only recovered two of the DVDs. Feltmeyer was arrested on a charge of carrying out and producing an obscene exhibition.

Rules are rules

A German university student with a bladder dysfunction problem had to urinate in a bottle in front of 120 classmates during an exam, after supervisors told him he would fail if he left the room.

The 27-year-old University of Freiburg student has had to use crutches and deal with bladder control problems after he was in an accident.

All of the three exam supervisors refused to accompany him to the toilet. So a fellow student emptied her water bottle so the man could relieve himself in the corner.

Topless pics end protest

A 45-year-old German man spent 10 days in a self-crafted box on top of a 72-foot-tall pole in protest of his impending jail term. The man was finally lured down after his wife sent up topless photos of herself in his lunch box.

The man was hoping to get his 15-month conviction for fraud overturned with his protest, and at least wants a new trial.

His 25-year-old former stripper wife and mother of their five children had been supportive until then. She decided she’d had enough.

Grenades aplenty

A 74-year-old woman in Italy found a live grenade in a sack of potatoes she’d bought from her local market.

Police said the grenade had no pin but was still active. It is the same kind of grenade U.S. soldiers used in Europe during World War II.

The grenade is thought to have been picked from the ground along with the potatoes at a farm in France. Explosives experts safely detonated the grenade.

An inmate in an El Salvador jail was caught with a grenade hidden up his behind. During a security clampdown at the jail, guards discovered the V40 golf ball sized grenade lodged up the man’s rectum. It was a weak disguise for his plans for escape.

Sixteen other inmates had swallowed mobile phones.

Last year, an M67 grenade was discovered in the vagina of a female visitor to the same overcrowded prison.

No-condom fine

Hotels and bars in an eastern Chinese province are being fined if they don’t provide condoms. In a bid to help curb the spread of AIDS, the province will fine establishments $650 for non-compliance.

These rules took effect Thursday, mandating condoms or condom vending machines must be placed in hotels, bars and designated public places.

The province recorded 1,859 infections at the end of last year. Health experts say lack of sex education and unwillingness to talk about sex is hurting their fight against AIDS.
