Women’s Basketball: Rams win second straight nail-biter

In a game that saw each team take massive leads only to give them up, the Rams came out as victors 60-59 against the St. Joseph Hawks in the Sturat C. Siegel Center Sunday.

Remember, remember, the.wait, what?

Earlier this year, audiences were thrilled as Alan Moore and David Lloyd’s graphic novel “V for Vendetta” was adapted to the screen by the Matrix trilogy’s creators, the Wachowskis. This “uncompromising vision of the future” largely built itself on the paranoia that the wars present in the world today would yield to a veritable fascist regime that would affect the entire world.

Keep an eye out for this hidden gem located on Cary St. which features both an upstairs dining room and an absolutely charming outside patio that is perfect for a romantic date pond-side. Baby, all I want for Thanksgiving is you

There is no time of the year that I enjoy more than Thanksgiving. What’s not to love? You’ve got enough food to feed a third-world country, plus more friends and family members than you could probably stand at any given point in time, and no school, not to mention the parades and the anticipation of sales.

In defense of smoking

With the recent election cycle and the recent passing of various smoking bans in several states, it appears that the anti-smoking movement is growing. To me, it’s great that people don’t want to smoke, and are becoming more aware of the health effects and diseases associated with tobacco products.

Opinion in Brief

Thanksgiving is upon us, and with that comes the hectic travel that will clog the roads throughout the week as everyone who has a car scrambles home for the holiday. Relax, and take it easy on the roads at this time of year. Eventually you’ll make it to where you need to go, and road rage will only add to the stress of the long travel many students will face.
