The Joggers, a Portland, Ore., trio, are back with their sophomore release, “With a Cape and a Cane”. The album is a mix of different sounds. There are some upbeat songs that are definitely dance worthy, some very unique, guitar-driven songs, and some stuff that just needs to be heard to be explained. Overall the album is very well constructed and definitely something any indie-rock fan should check out.
