Bill Clinton was still president when Jamiroquai’s single “Virtual Insanity” had people tapping their toes. The newest album, “Dynamite,” offers more of their signature funky beats, bizarre lyrics and a voice like no other. This record, however, will bore anyone who cannot get into the rhythm. The 10th track, “Black Devil Car,” delivers the most punch on the album.
