Finals have come. It’s the moment when most students are packing their stuff back up and going home to spend the summer with long-lost friends and family. Those who are staying in Richmond, however, will get to experience plenty of activities that are unavailable during the fall and winter months.
While students were at home enjoying the holidays, VCU dance and choreography majors were working nonstop to put on the 9th annual student dance concert later this month.
For a sixth year in a row, tens of thousands of Richmonders are expected to pack the riverfront to eat, drink and listen to music they don’t get to hear every day.
They call it “hell week,” but the nickname of the first seven days of the VCU crew team’s season does not do it justice.
