The VCU men’s basketball team let it rain threes Wednesday night at the Stuart C. Siegel Center to propel the team to its seventh straight win, with a 93-73 decision over the Tribe of William and Mary.
The game also marked the last home game for the Rams (16-7, 11-4 CAA) and before the game, VCU’s four seniors–Willie Taylor, Emanuel Mathis, Antoine Willie and Alex Shtam–were given framed jerseys as a part of the Senior Night festivities.
William and Mary (11-12, 6-8 CAA) started the game on a 6-0 run, threatening to dampen the seniors’ last home game.
